If you find religion, nature and adventure interesting, this is the place to be for you. There's a giant Shiva temple you'll see as you enter the town. It has one of the biggest Shivalingas in the world installed right in the center. Bhojpur also has a rich landscape infused with the beauty of nature. It has grass gardens, rock plains, caves and the Betwa river adding a little star to the beauty. The best way to reach is to drive and the best time to visit is during spring and rainy seasons.

There is also a water cum amusement park and a resort known as Crescent. On the way to Sehore, you'll get Radha ki Dhani, which is a traditional Rajasthani culture ground and restaurant.
Salkanpur is the home to Goddess Beejesan who is an incarnation of Goddess Durga herself. She is also the family deity to many families who live around the area. The temple is situated on the peak of a mountain 800ft above the ground. The climb is of 1000 stairs. Salkanpur is very close to Hoshangabad where you can go to have a divine bath in the river Narmada. Hoshangabad also has a railway station. You can get there by train and then take a cab to Salkanpur.
